| Customer Reviews:
Great little flashlight! April 12, 2008 Ikat (New York) I've used one version or another of these for years, when I travel in the developing world. They last SO much longer on a battery than other small flashlights (e.g., Maglights). Over the years, the beams have gotten stronger, and the battery life has been extended. I keep one at the office (in case of a power failure - we're on the 12th floor) and another in my emergency "Go Bag." I've given them to friends to keep in their cars. I have larger and more powerful Gerber flashlights for more serious flashlight use but I think these are the best product at this size and weight.
Small, inexpensive, long life March 28, 2008 Gerber flashlights are well made - and these, which I've been buying since they first came out, are great. They are small, light, run for a long time on a single battery and provide a decent amount of light. I use them when I travel to countries where the electricity isn't dependable and as emergency flashlights at home. I keep one in my desk drawer at the office. When I want a "real" heavy duty flashlight, I use a different model.
