Ingredients: 1 Kilo of tomatoes, 1 / 2 small onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 small cucumber, 1 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 200 grams of bread crumbs soaked the day before in water, sliced, diced tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions and celery on the side.

Preparation: First you put in a blender tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, vinegar, garlic, oil, oil-essential because it does not bind the mixture and bread. It should be thin and liquid. You can add water if more liquid you want to do yet. Serve it very cold so there is enough time to have it in the fridge.

To bring to the table is served with vegetables cut into small cubes the diner is mixed to your taste.
