The other day I read with great interest Noticias3D analysis. They had been lucky enough to throw a hand on a Microsoft Zune HD. This is the new version of Microsoft’s portable media player. Stresses above all come equipped with the nVidia Tegra chip designed to bring high-definition video to portable players.

The Zune is a database option that allows connection to a TV and can even play full HD content. From what I have read, the screen looks pretty good, the interface to handle is comfortable and useful. And everything moves at high speeds grace the Tegra.

Now comes what I do not understand. I can not find explanations for what this device can be acquired outside the United States. I do not know why Microsoft have to book this hardware only for the USA.

And what I understand still less is because there is more media players or high-end mobile phones equipped with the Tegra. A chip capable of playing High Definition, to handle complex user interfaces and not consume much electricity, would deserve to be in many more devices.

But it’s those mysteries that will have some commercial explanation, but I can not see.
