Today I found a very interesting document on the website of SquareTrade. This is a company that guarantees to support hardware sold by others.

They have published a study on the failures and incidents that have taken to address security on laptops and netbooks.

And it’s very interesting to see the data.

For example, if we compare the rate of failures by brand we find this classification of fewer breakdowns over. I mean it would be the most reliable Asus and HP the least reliable.

– Asus

– Toshiba

– Sony

– Apple

      – Dell

    1. – Lenovo
    2. – Acer

    3. – Gateway
    4. – HP

    5. Strange that the sales leader, is also at the forefront of problems with your hardware. He spent all marketing and much will be left to the engineering department …

    6. It is also striking to see how high-end notebooks have fewer failures than low-end. And as netbooks are more failures than the two previous ranges
    7. Anyway, it’s best to read the study directly.
