The big love

It’s funny how most people always look for big things. Large corporations take advantage of this appreciation of the size so small are creating bureaucratic monsters that make it nearly what they want and anyone considering a switch.

Yesterday I entered the store three teams with the same damage. Two laptops and a desktop to them not working on 3G internet. Of course the Internet contracted with the major operators: Telefónica, Vodafone or Orange. Almost every week I get a bearing of this kind. But they all respond the same pattern:

– The client does not usually know what has hired. So I was surprised that the connection slows down after a moment. Or the extra costs that appear in the bill passed after three months’ supply.

– The client never goes to the provider of 3G modem. It’s a bargain, if they fail to sell things that do not mean claim.

And of course you compare with what happens when Internet connection fails the local cable companies, in which case if you go to the service provider. But it seems that going to complain or Vodafone Telefonica puts more respect (love it large).

At the end for us better, we have a small revenue source, but almost every week as one arrives. And then the fault, then there is everything, or the modem is broken, or the antivirus is blocking the connection, the drives are not correctly installed or is even a physical problem of the USB ports.
