As all diets in many parts of the Mediterranean provides a generous consumption of fruits and vegetables , an important aspect which contributes greatly to fitness. Some doctors have reported on the great benefits that humans obtain from seafood consumed in the diet, grains, fruits and vegetables, replacing meals “modern” saturated fat linked to some cancers and heart problems .

It is important before starting any diet, see your doctor to monitor and recommend appropriate. In the case of the Mediterranean diet , medical studies have found a large number of health benefits, which are well worth considering when to submit course, under medical supervision , in view of weight loss or a routine maintenance program of weight and health .
