There are days that when you get to bed to bed happy because the work day has been fruitful when unblocking problems. Yesterday was one of those days.

We had three PCs that should have come to the clients for the day of Reyes and yet we could not even have them mounted. Something special teams were delays in receiving components. But also we crossed through the bad luck of malfunctions.

One of the teams had three weeks waiting for a Blu-Ray player special size. As there was no way to achieve this, the client at the end tells us that amount of time a DVD player. We do final testing and fails the motherboard and also takes out all that is connected to the computer. We as a motherboard, and no stock. Yesterday the team finally passed the test with another motherboard with the same characteristics.

Another computer is a HTPC with touchscreen. We had mounted three systems with the same box. But with this in particular, the touch screen not working. Twice he was sent to the SAT and finally yesterday we got the right combination of drivers and installation order for the touch screen worked well. So now to pass the tests of resistance and quickly sent to the client.

The third team we had been pending since late December. Case similar to the first. Assemble the PC and to pass the tests, the motherboard does choff … The SAT and send us the answer that we make a payment, because no plates and the model. The box is something special and we can not mount any plate for the system to do what the customer needs. Yesterday we got a new motherboard that met all the requirements we needed. The team we assemble and also passing the performance tests and temperature control and noise.

And I can not but be amazed by the confidence these customers have with us. And with the patience to wait a month (or more) to get complete the assembly of your PC. Now as my partner says to expect that everything ends well and on Monday the three customers are already enjoying your new PC.
